Huyndai - Vinashin Shipyard Co., Ltd(HVS), a joint venture between Huyndai Group in Korea(70%) and Vietnam shipbuilding Industrial Group(VINASHIN) of Viet Nam(30%)started its ship repair, conversion and ship building business in Khanh Hoa Provine, Viet Nam, on 100% ha of land and 130 ha of sea on 26th, April, 1999.
