Polat Reductor, starting its trial production work all the parts forming reductor on modern CNC machine tools and horizontal machining centers. The company makes process controls in every stages of the production by choosing the HONING METHOD which comes after profile grinding in gears. Polat Reductor is the first company that applies the concept of One-Pieces in Helical Gears in Turkey.
Polat Reductor achieved desirous success in their P series Reductors. Additionally, as being separately from P series, the design and production works of PA, PF, PD, P M series s with helical gear, monoblock body (foot, flange, gap mil and mil out) had been completed with great çare and started series production. Polat Reductor presents the reductor with limitless screw to the Turkish Market according to the agreement signed with the Italian company, MOTOVARIO, the leader of the sector.
