What initially started off as an interesting hobby of weekend gardening, has blossomed into a large vegetable farm which produces a wide variety of fresh and rare vegetation.
Originally, Mr. and Mrs. Suchai Ramyanandana thought it was an interesting idea to grow temperate vegetables on their vacant plot of land in Chiang Rai due to its suitable climate, and set off in fulfilling their ingenious idea by purchasing vegetable seeds from overseas and started planting. Their efforts did not go to waste, but instead yield them a considerable success. The Ramyanandana decided to share the outcoming product within their own family and close friends, all of whom became hooked and requested for more.
Consequently, Siam Future Farm Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 by Mr. Suchai Ramyanandana, with an ultimate purpose of making imported vegetables available in Thai society. The passion for rare and scrumptious vegetables is willing to be shared at lower price than imports.
From the beginning, when Mr. Ramyanandana, a Chemical Engineer graduate, worked on his self-study research, Siam Future Farm has expanded and advanced considerably since. His ambition and eagerness for knowledge as well as his financial investment have made an advanced cultivation of vegetable possible. This, since constantly maintained, ensures both exceptional quality and hygiene of all Siam Future Farm products. Each product is consistently tested and assured by the Ministry of Agriculture of Thailand to be harmless and free of pesticide.
In addition to technology advancement, plantation area is another significant aspect that Siam Future Farm had not overlooked. Without land, there would be no harvest. Presently, a total of more than 48 hectares (300 rais) of highly fertile soil is attributed to the cultivation of Siam Future Farm produce in order to meet with the increasing demands of its multiplying array of customers. And to make certain of continuous and adequate supply, we possess contract farming which would be under control of Siam Future Farm since the preceeding of seeds, nurturing advice, proper pest control without the use of chemical, to qualified test prior to the purchase of their vegetables.
The diverse produce of Siam Future Farm can be found at all leading major malls, supermarkets and hypermarkets as well as major restaurant and hotel chains. Internationally, Siam Future Farm vegetables have also gained wide acceptance from the large supermarket chains in Singapore and Japan.
